Can I catch chlamydia even if no semen was involved in any of the sex I had?
Yes, you can still catch chlamydia even if there was no semen involved in the sex you had. That’s because vaginal fluids and pre-cum can also pass on chlamydia.
I generally like @hello-clue! Clue is a period tracker app that isn’t decked out in pink and flowers and it doesn’t talk about your “womanly time” or anything super silly like that. It’s all gender neutral and respectful of the various issues that affect people of all genders who menstruate.
It does give you the capabilities to track basal body temp and other ovulation signs, but this a) isn’t the focus, and b) could be used to both encourage conception AND prevent conception.
